As the Traveling Principal, I offer several different ways of assisting you and your school site.
#1. Comprehensive Package
3 days at 8 hours a day (hence 24 hours) on site visit, with complete walk through.
The price for this package with printable handouts is $3,000.00, plus travel expenses.
Pre - Planning
2 phone conferences prior to the walk through to discuss the expectations and determine an agenda.
3 Full Days on Site
During these days, based on the needs expressed from your school, we create an individualized schedule to observe and meet the goals established by our pre-planning. Everything from walk-throughs, observations, and meetings with all necessary parties will take place during this time.
Post
At the end of the third day, I will take the information from the visit, and come up with my answers to how to support the school site in meeting their goals. This is complete with resources, contacts, templates, advice, and actual professional development, based on step by step action plans for administrators and teachers.
The following are topics and areas of the school site that can be focused on:
Budget, HR, technology (1:1 roll out, promethean, chromebooks), Curriculum & Instruction (including PBL, Common Core, SBAC, Workshop Model), Data Inquiry, Evaluations, Classroom Management, CTE, Collaboration, Scheduling, IB, Back Office/Support Staff, Unions, Charter Schools, Fundraising, Working with Parents, Recruitment, and more upon request!!!
#2. Professional Development
Based on school sites, topics will vary. PD’s can come in many forms, with what ever sized group demanded by the school site.
The price for PD is $125.00 per hour; each price will mandate 2 hours for pre-conference set up and 1 hour for prep = $375.00, plus travel expenses, and the amount of hours for PD will be based on need expressed by school site.

Professional Development Delivery
PD sessions can come in any facet that works best for each school site. For example: if the site has full staff PD on Friday afternoons, I can occupy this time or part of it. If a school site has grade level collaboration meetings during the school day and are different, a unique schedule can be created to accommodate this.

Topics for PD can include and are not limited to: Technology, PBL, CTE, Collaboration, Common Core, SBAC, Evaluations, Tips for New Teachers, Classroom Management, Elevating Rigor, Using Data, and many many more
#3. Unique School Needs Met/Mentoring
The Traveling Principal lends a set of eyes, ears, and experiences to a school based on a unique individual need. I can be that mentor you are looking for!
Prices for consultation and assistance will be billed at $125.00 per hour, plus travel expenses. Pre-Planning conferences are waived once a contract is signed, unless phone conferences are the need demanded. Please be advised, this determination must be made clear prior to moving forward.

What roles can I play?
School sites may need teacher mentors, new contracts, new evaluations, revised templates for learning, help with school foods, help with testing, or have a unique need that only an experienced administrator can assist with.
Results
I can provide a mentor relationship with your staff that extends far past our contract. You will be adding your school team to a network of solid administrators, and a pipeline to answers to your school needs.
