In Need of a Mentor?

Administrators:

I have worked in administration now for 10 years, as an Assistant Principal, a Vice Principal, and a Principal with Superintendent like responsibilities. I have mentored many staff members to make the leap from teaching to administration all the way through the credentialing program. I have worked with all versions of high school administration, and would be thrilled to work with your new staff or even on improving your existing staff.

How are they meeting? What are their goals? How can I assist?

Teachers:

I was a teacher for 10 years prior to being a school leader. I trained many teachers on all things education and it is my favorite part of high school administration. I am familiar with certification processes in New York State and California as well. I can work with new teachers, or teachers in need of support. I love to even assist in identifying which staff may benefit from my assistance, and developing plans with your existing staff in how they can best help themselves.
